This listing is for a Bryon Piccolo Rookie card, graded SGC 4. This card was made in 1969 by Topps. Bryon died of cancer and only ever had this one card made. Everyone remembers him from the movie Bryon’s Song, in which James Caan played the role of Bryon. It’s a real tearjerker, that’s why this is one of my all-time favorite cards. It is very expensive to get cards graded by SGC and that verifies the condition, as well as it’s authenticity, not to mention that it’s in it’s own protective case forever. This card graded a 4, which means that it’s excellent condition, but I contend that the poor guy that sent this one off, got screwed by SGC cause this is much nicer than a 4.
