This listing is for a Poll Parrot Shoes Advertising Nodder from 1962. He is as colorful as any nodder you’ll ever see and he looks fantastic sitting on his perch. If I ever run across a cheap, used bird cage, I think I'll buy it and hang it with Poll in it. Poll Parrot Shoe Company is an old American company dating back to the 1920s and they are still around today. He stands over 7 inches tall from his head to the bottom of his perch and he may very well be my prettiest doll! I guarantee this doll to be 100% original and in mint condition. His only issue is the label has a few misses. Joe said he can replace it easy enough, if you wish to do so? I may think about that down the road if I decide to keep him. By the way, if you can read Japanese, can you please tell me what is written on the bottom of this Poll Parrot?
