Seldom do you ever see the paper label, still on the base, intact and legible, but this guy has his, still mint and attached. Beneath my black light, he appears to have had a smattering of paint touch ups on his face, very minimal and very professionally done. I guarantee him to be completely 100% Gem Mint and 98% original.
