This listing is for the Kansas City Athletics nodder. He was made in 1967, stands 7 inches tall and is part of the "Gold Base" set. It’s easily the toughest, not to mention most attractive, of all the Athletics dolls. The yellow and white shirts bring little in price, as compared to the green shirt and gold pant. And it is the gold pants that truly set this doll off. He's one of the sharpest looking dolls in the entire hobby as those pants almost glow in the dark. He's got a regular cap, as opposed to the swirl hair and is completely original, as well as mint. I’ve always found the swirl to be more available than this Athletics but that’s simply my experience.
