Portland Buckeroos Minor League Hockey Nodder Original
This listing is for a Portland Buckeroos minor league hockey nodder. He was made in 1962, stands over 7 inches tall and is NOT part of any hockey set. The Buckeroo has a unique face and this is the only doll that it was used for, very unusual. The Buckeroos are still in existence today, however, they have changed their name to Portland Winter Hawks. I guess the Buckeroos in this world were offended? Lol. They were a hockey dynasty for 14 years during the late 50s and 60s. This is a really really tough doll and one of the toughest in all of hockey. He’s gorgeous, not mint but awfully close to it. I guarantee this doll to be at least near mint with no flaws , chips or cracks and 100% original.
