This listing is for the Don Drysdale Nodder. He’s part of a three piece set of Drysdales made in the 60s. The set consists of 3 versions of Don Drysdale, the pitcher, the catcher and the batter. I have no idea why someone made a Drysdale doll batting or catching, but they did. He stands 7 inches tall, is certainly rare and fascinating and the prices of the 3 versions are all relatively the same. The price guides really don’t go into any detail regarding the maker or the year but they are really neat and this is the first Drysdale I’ve ever been able to get my hands on or even see in person. I guarantee him to be 100% mint and original.
