1960 St Louis Cardinals Color Base Nodder/Bobblehead
This listing is for a St Louis Cardinal Nodder. He was made in 1960, is part of the color base set and stands 7 inches tall. His colors are bright and appealing, and he displays very nicely. He’s one of the strangest and most original nodders ever made. He’s just like the ‘60 Baltimore Oriole, same head, same body, different painting. This guy has some small spiderweb cracks on his head but without a direct flash it’s really hard to see them. I’m not having him fixed at the moment because he’s still original and I know some people prefer that. As for me, I’d rather have him mint and restored. So if he doesn’t sell in the next couple months, then I’ll probably have him touched up to mint. Eddie, Craig and I have an inside joke on this doll, we call her the “Hooker,” because she’s got herself all painted up like one. Lol.
